User Agreement - StickGo（车搭子）

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and Shenzhen Meiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your download, installation, and use of the StickGo（车搭子） mobile application and related services.

Please read this Agreement in full before use. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using StickGo（车搭子） immediately. By starting or continuing to use the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Scope and Description

StickGo（车搭子） is a companion App for dash cams and other vehicle-mounted or portable imaging devices, providing Wi-Fi connection, live preview, video playback, file download, parameter configuration, and GPS track display features.
Available functions may vary by hardware platform, device model, and firmware version, and are subject to actual compatibility support.
We may update, adjust, suspend, or terminate certain services due to technical iteration, compliance requirements, or operational needs, and will provide reasonable notice where applicable.
Some advanced functions may require payment or additional conditions; the specific rules displayed within the App shall prevail.

2. Preconditions and Hardware Compatibility

You must have lawful rights to use the connected dash cam or related hardware and comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
You are responsible for preparing compatible smartphones, operating system versions, and required permissions (e.g., network, camera, photo library, location, microphone).
You acknowledge that StickGo（车搭子） works together with hardware devices. We do not guarantee full availability where issues are caused by incompatibility, outdated firmware, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
You should properly secure your phone and locally stored media files to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.

Driving Safety Warning: Do not operate your phone or divert attention while driving. Please use StickGo（车搭子） for settings, downloading, or sharing only after your vehicle is safely and lawfully parked. You are solely responsible for risks arising from traffic law violations or improper operation.

3. User Conduct Rules

You shall not use StickGo（车搭子） for any illegal activity, infringement, or conduct that harms the lawful rights and interests of others.
You shall not upload or transmit unlawful, violent, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content, nor content infringing others' privacy, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights.
You shall not interfere with or disrupt normal service operation, including malicious attacks, reverse engineering abuse, bulk scraping, or unauthorized automated access.
You shall not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
You shall not use the service to evade regulatory requirements related to road traffic, data security, or surveillance devices.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property of StickGo（车搭子） are owned by us or relevant rights holders and protected by law.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any of the foregoing content.
Rights to photos, videos, and other materials recorded by your device and managed through StickGo（车搭子） belong to you or original rights holders, and you must ensure lawful rights of use.
If you believe StickGo（车搭子） infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit written notice via the contact details below; we will handle it in accordance with law.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on personal data processing.
StickGo（车搭子） mainly provides local device connectivity; media files downloaded to your phone are managed by you.
Except as required by law or with your consent, we do not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

StickGo（车搭子） is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, absolute security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruption, data loss, or damages caused by network fluctuation, device failures, system updates, third-party service outages, force majeure, or your own actions.
You are solely responsible for legal liabilities arising from content you share through StickGo（车搭子） to social platforms or other channels.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages beyond mandatory legal liability.

7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may upgrade, adjust, or discontinue certain functions. For material changes, we will provide prior notice where reasonably possible.
You may stop using and uninstall StickGo（车搭子） at any time.
If you violate this Agreement, we may restrict or terminate services to you, without liability for resulting consequences to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at our domicile.
